Domestic Medium Hair - Violet - Medium - Adult - Female - Cat
Violet was a stray, found and brought to the shelter, along with her two kittens, by a concerned citizen. She then went to a foster home for a while and is now back at the shelter, available for adoption. She is a medium-haired Turkish Van-type with beautiful coloring--white with calico markings on her head and a lovely calico tail. Violet has been through a lot of changes in her short life and she is now ready to settle down! Her foster Mom said that, ?Violet was an excellent house guest, didn't cause any problems at all. She was very affectionate and loved to play and would make an excellent pet.? Although the foster Mom also said she had no problems with other cats or the dogs coming up to her cage, we have noticed at the shelter that she doesn?t seem to like the other cats very much and hisses at them. Violet is still a young cat--probably about a year old.
